Vocational Training

Our Vocational Training Workshops are designed for young men and women up to 32 years of age with neurodevelopmental disorders. The primary objective is to enhance their autonomy, cultivate a strong professional identity, and facilitate meaningful social inclusion.

Our Philosophy: The operation of our workshops is rooted in a person-centered approach. Professionals, families, and the beneficiaries themselves work in close synergy to design an individualized training plan that aligns with each person’s unique needs, skill sets, and career aspirations.

Bridging the Gap Between Training and Employment

The workshops constantly evolve to adapt to the shifting demands of modern society and the contemporary labor market. We place particular emphasis on transitioning our beneficiaries smoothly from training to active employment through a comprehensive, holistic framework:

  • Core Skill Development: Enhancing essential psychosocial and workplace-specific skills.
  • Experiential Learning: Providing hands-on, experiential familiarity with real-world working conditions.
  • Tailored Role Placement: Supporting individuals in assuming specific workplace roles that match their personal capabilities and desires.
  • Transition to Adulthood: Empowering youth to step into adult life, employment, and independence in a meaningful, targeted, and sustainable manner.

Interdisciplinary Support & Community Synergy

The workshops operate within a safe, inclusive, and highly supportive environment where beneficiaries can sharpen their practical skills, boost their self-confidence, and maximize their independence.

  • Holistic Evaluation: Our Interdisciplinary Teams assess each young person’s developmental stage in conjunction with family dynamics, mapping out the precise needs and strengths of both the individual and their support network.
  • Collaborative Intervention: We design and implement personalized intervention pathways in constant, direct collaboration with the family.
  • Local Synergies: Establishing strong networks and synergies with local health authorities, community organizations, and regional training providers is a core activity of our service.
