Day Care and Training Center (K.D.H.F.)
Since 2006, the “Theotokos” Foundation has been operating a fully licensed Day Care and Training Center (K.D.H.F.) for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders (Establishment License No. 824/18.5.2006 and Operating License No. 3387/26.06.2006, as amended and currently in force). The Center delivers structured vocational training, comprehensive support, and specialized care to children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disorders and disabilities.
Our scientific personnel applies a strict person-centered approach to ensure that every beneficiary enrolled in the Day Care and Training Center receives highly individualized support tailored precisely to their personal needs, strengths, and potential.
Electronic Welfare File & The ICF Profile: Since 2015, the Foundation has pioneered the implementation of a digital Electronic Welfare File alongside an individualized Functionality Profile based on the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). This advanced clinical tool enables our team to design a robust Individualized Rehabilitation Plan, which encompasses:
- Goal Setting: Defining clear, measurable, and realistic goals for every beneficiary.
- Customized Design: Crafting personalized educational, vocational, and therapeutic curriculums.
- Progress Monitoring: Continuously tracking overall development, skill acquisition, and behavioral milestones.
